153 Starfish Dr

Position your next build in one of Rockport’s most compelling coastal communities. Located in Holiday Beach, 153 Starfish offers the rare opportunity to develop a custom home that works both as a refined personal retreat and a high-performing coastal investment. Holiday Beach is prized for its calm canals, direct bay access, and private amenities—features that continue to drive strong demand among second-home buyers and short-term rental guests alike. Residents enjoy access to private, key-entry boat ramps, a community fishing pier, kayak launch, and a nearby community pool—amenities that elevate both lifestyle appeal and long-term value. This lot provides the flexibility to design a modern coastal home with intentional outdoor living—expansive decks, elevated views, and the option for a private pool. Whether you’re building a personal escape, a legacy property, or a luxury rental designed to perform, the fundamentals here are strong: location, access, and lifestyle. Just minutes from Copano Bay, Rockport Beach, Fulton Harbor, and Aransas Pass, the property sits at the intersection of tranquility and accessibility—close to world-class fishing, dining, and recreation, yet tucked into a quiet waterfront neighborhood. With limited buildable inventory remaining in established coastal communities, 153 Starfish represents a smart long-term hold and a chance to create something truly special on the Texas coast.
